Hayfield Secondary PSTA members are eligible to receive seasonal flu shots in the school's senior cafeteria from on either October 8 from 3-6 p.m., or on November 2 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon by emailing flushots09@fcps.edu with "Hayfield PTSA" in the subject line. The shot is available ONLY to persons over 18 years of age. Payment in the amount of $22 by cash or check will be due to INOVA at the time of the immunization.
