It’s that time of year again! We need volunteers to help stuff and distribute the "Hawk Fly-By" Information Packets. We will be stuffing the "Hawk Fly-By" Information Packets on Monday, August 17 at 8:00 am and should be finished by 12 noon. Information packets will be assembled in the high school science rooms (1358, 1350, 1348).

We will be distributing the Hawk Fly-By Information Packets in the Main Lobby on:

• Tuesday, August 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 4-7 p.m.
  
• Wednesday, August 19 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 4-7 p.m.
• Thursday, August 20 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
  
  

Volunteer shifts for Monday are:  8:00 a.m. to 12 noon (whatever time works best for you)

Volunteer shifts for Tuesday are:  7:30-9 a.m., 9-10:30 a.m., 10:30 - 12:00 noon, 4-5:30 p.m., 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Volunteer shifts for Wednesday are:  7:30-9 a.m., 9-10:30 a.m., 10:30 - 12:00 noon, 4-5:30 p.m., 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Volunteer shifts for Thursday are:  7:30-9 a.m., 9-10:30 a.m., 10:30 - 12:00 noon
